BUENSUCESO HOMES I
Located at Bgy. Don Bosco, Paranaque, Metro Manila with a total area of .6 hectare. A total of 49 low-cost housing units composed of duplexes and single-detached were constructed in the project. The project was started in the last quarter of 1987 and by the second quarter of 1988, it was completely sold.
BUENSUCESO HOMES II
Located at Bgy. Merville, Paranaque, Metro Manila. It is a 2.5 hectare subdivision composed of single detached units and Townhouses classified under P.D. 957. Land development started in 1989 and selling of house and lot started in Nov. 1990. All units sold out by 1996.
BUENSUCESO HOMES III
Located at Bgy. Marcelo, Parañaque, Metro Manila. It has a total area of 2.3 hectares classified under P.D. 957. Land development started by the first of quarter of 1993 and selling of units started by the last quarter of 1993 and to date total saleable area is already sold out.

Located at Bgy. Sucol, Calamba,Laguna with a total area of almost 4 hectares. Land Development started the same year as Buensuceso Homes V classified under P.D. 957, selling and construction of units started April 1999.
The Tanza project is BP 220 with single detach and row housing units. Shown here is one of the housing units already sold with the owner having done renovation on the housing unit. Units sold in the project are bare and finishing are almost done by the owners.
The Marcelo project is of medium cost bungalow type houses. It is complete, with two or three bedrooms, Euro tiles for flooring in the kitchen and living room, wood parquet for the bedrooms, two toilet and bath and car garage.
